Our team is eager to show you what we do best: treat you like family (or maybe even better than family)! Ortho visits can be fun AND educational. We love to tell you about what we are doing, what is coming next, and share a joke or a story. We know you want a comfortable environment where you are treated like a person, not just a set of teeth. We strive to find that perfect balance between gentleness, efficacy, and efficiency. Every morning we remind ourselves to view each moment through your eyes to make every visit the best possible experience!
Our team consists of members with specialized training and multiple certifications. We stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances in treatment by attending continuing education courses and plugging into local orthodontic groups.
Agnes is a Texan transplant from the Midwest, Quad Cities, Illinois (Rock Island) to be specific. If you don't know where that is, picture a town on the Mississippi River right across from Iowa about 3 hrs west of Chicago. She has been here in Texas since 2012 now, her husband Mike and their trio of beloved dogs: Charles, Ruger, and Violet all live in Leander. She's been shaping smiles in orthodontics since 2012. Outside of work, Agnes is a bodybuilding enthusiast, a wine lover, and an avid traveler, always seeking out new adventures.

Agnes is going back to school to complete her undergrad in Geology to become an archaeologist in the future.
Hi! My name is Caitlyn and I have been part of the Ranch crew since 2016 and the orthodontic field since 2007! Inspired by my own orthodontic journey as a teen, I wanted to be part of creating beautiful smiles for others. Being able to smile confidently is truly life changing! My husband and I are both original Austinites. I grew up just down the road, in a not-so-little town called Pflugerville. We stayed close to home, raising our two boys in Hutto. Our eldest son recently graduated from Hutto High School and joined the U.S Coast Guard. As the Treatment Coordinator for our Hutto location, it is an absolute joy to work with and serve my very own neighbors in our community. If you see me in town, be sure to say, “hello!”
Fun Fact:
In the Pflugerville library, there is a picture of a young man, taken in 1938, leaning against the “Village of Pflugerville” sign on Pecan St. That young man is my grandpa!
I’m Savannah! I’ve been a part of the team 3 years. I live in Belton with my husband, 3 year old daughter, and our zoo of animals. If I’m not at work, I am probably bow hunting or salt water fishing! We are on the road quite a bit as my husband is a bullrider. Ask where we are headed next!
I’m Laura! I have been in the dental field for more than 30 years and love helping people get their dream smile!
My husband and I have 4 children that are all grown and self-sufficient. We have a fat mutt named Tigger and 4 chickens, none are self-sufficient but provide so much entertainment :)
We love to travel, try new experiences, and dine out. We are also total nerds and love super hero movies and gaming!
Hi! I'm Kayleigh! Although I've joined the practice this year, I've been in the dental field since 2011!
My home base is Hutto, where I live with my husband, 10 year old son, and our dog Roxy.
My family and I enjoy fishing, pickleballing, cookouts and chillin at home. This gives me a nice break from calling insurance companies throughout the week and asking the automated system to connect me with a representative 10 times in a row ;)

I’m Tiffany and I have been helping change smiles for 8 years, 4 of which have been at The Ranch Orthodontics. I live in north Austin with my husband, 2 kids, and spoiled little yorkie. When I’m not at work, my family and I like to try different food all over Austin, you can say I’m a big foodie so feel free to ask for recommendations at your next visit!
I’m Amber and I’ve been with the crew for 8 years (I know most of you 😉). I live in Cedar Park with my boyfriend, Jack and our crazy dog, River. Hey! I’m Beth and I have been with the practice for 3 years. I live in Round Rock with my husband, my 3 year old son, 2 cats, and have a baby on the way. My favorite thing about orthodontics is placing braces and helping you get your movie star smile! When I’m not working, you’ll find me making creations in my craft room, enjoying chips and queso, and finding new places to hike. Fun Fact: I have a twin brother and I’m also a lefty! Lefties are smarter and more creative ;)
Hi, I’m Katayoun and I’ve been a part of the team for 7 years! I live in Pflugerville with my son. On my free time, I love going for walks, working out or enjoying a good a movie! My favorite part about orthodontics is spending time with new people on a daily basis and watching kids grow over the years.
Hi, I’m Dusti and I’ve been with the Ranch for almost 3 years! I live on a large ranch in Florence with my husband and two kids. When I’m not working on teeth, you can find my family and I cheering on my son on the baseball fields and my daughter in arenas running barrels on her new horse, Johnny! Lastly, GO ASTROS!
Samantha is originally from San Antonio, Texas and she has worked for The Ranch since 2017. Her greatest joys come from her family which consists of her partner Nathaniel, her two amazing daughters Violet and Nora and her sweet pup, Penny and cat Sunny. When not at the office, you can find her and her family exploring new restaurants in East Austin and downtown, playing pickleball or exploring nearby parks and walking trails.
Fun Fact: She loves vintage furniture shopping at all the eclectic shops around town.
